Document Description
Adoption of the South Oakdale Industrial Specific Plan which proposes annexation to the City of Oakdale of approximately 453.8 +/- acres of territory providing for a variety of limited industrial, light manufacturing, and rural estate land uses. The Specific Plan would permit the ultimate development over a multiple year build-out period of up to 448 acres of industrial job producing uses permitting upt o 9,268,261 square feet of potential building area and up to 9,268 employees. In addition, the proposed Plan retains a small 5-acre parcel zoned for rural estate land uses necessary to accommodate an existing rural ranchette that is within the edge of the affected territory. Provisions have been planned for public infrastructure, including road rights-of-way; storm water detention basins, Oakdale Irrigation District (OID) irrigation facilities, public utilities rail lines, and pedestrian/bicycle pathways that traverse the Plan Area.
