Document Description
This application is for a Grading Permit to install a bridge that crosses a segment of Llagas Creek which resides on the property and adjoining bridge deck. According to submitted project description information provided by the applicant, the proposed clear-span bridge is needed in order to facilitate establishing several viable agricultural uses on the property. The applicant has plans to establish cattle grazing and the harvest of hay on-site. The bridge would accommodate cattle trucks, and hay equipment (hay rake and baler) to transport across the creek.
