There is currently a church and 5 houses on the property and the use is not expected to change due to this tentative map project. The church and four of the homes will remain on the larger, proposed parcel. The proposed use for proposed Parcel A is a dental office. The majority of proposed Parcel A is currently black topped.
The project is located on the north side of Highway 88, just west of the Highway 88/Berry Street junction in Pine Grove, Amador County.
