Document Description
The Project includes the construction of a 160-unit affordable apartment community with associated infrastructure on a 14.84-acre site in the southwestern corner of the north side of the Meriam Park development area, north of Little Chico Creek. Utilities to be installed include water, gas, electrical, internet, sewer, and storm drain system and associated infrastructure to be constructed include roads, sidewalks, and a bike path. The Project will also include the installation of two bio-retention facilities and a single outfall into Little Chico Creek, which will receive flow from the above-mentioned storm drain system. No rip rap or structures will be placed in Little Chico Creek and no in-stream work will be required. Access to the site will occur from Notre Dame and there will be no construction, staging or access within the Meriam Park Preserve to the north.
