Document Description
Approval of Permit No. 19664, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To install a single concrete outfall structure into the Little Chico Creek. The outfall will conform to the City of Chico Improvement Standard and include a concrete outfall with a 30-inch diameter pipe with flap gate and a cutoff headwall with sloping sides to conform with the existing banks of Little Chico Creek. The headwall will be 4 feet 10 inches wide and 4.5 feet deep. A manually operated slide gate / butterfly valve / or other approved positive closure will be housed in the manhole near the outfall.
