Document Description
The proposed Waterford Vision 2025 General Plan is a long-range plan intended to guide growth and development of the city through the Year 2025. The city has set a threshold population level of 30,000 for the year 2025 and beyond to provide a benchmark for planners and engineers to design major infrastructure elements for the city (sewer, water, storm drain and street and highway system). The 2000 Census showed the city had a population of 6,924. The citys' current population exceeds 7,000.
