Surrounding land uses include single-family residential development, and medium and heavy manufacturing uses and the former Ormand Quarry which is located approximately 300 feet southwest of the project boundary. Document Description
The proposed project is an amendment of the Rio Vista Specific Plan, which is a mixed use master planned development located in an unincorporated area of Riverside County. The Rio Vista Specific Plan site is bounded on the west by Armstrong Road, on the south by State Route 60 and on the east by Rubidoux Boulevard. The project site is south of El Rivino Road.
