Document Description
The Project is the sale and delivery of up to 6,200 acre ft of water per year from the City of Santa Maria to the Nipomo Community Services District (NCSD) via a water intertie system connecting the two water systems. The water intertie system will be constructed of pipes, valves, tanks, pumps and all the other items needed to deliver water. The Project is also and Agreement between the City of Santa Maria and NCSD detailing the sale and transfer of water and all items detailed in the EIR and the Addendum.
