Document Description
The project involves the construction of a new pipeline and related pumping, storage and treatment facilities. The project is intended to provide the capacity to transport up to 6,300 acre ft per year of new water to the Nipomo Mesa to minimize the adverse impacts of groundwater overdraft in the Nipomo Mesa. The new water would in part replace water previously provided by groundwater wells and in part meet the needs of new development.
