Document Description
As the Responsible Agency, the Flood Control District approves the placement of a waterline under and through the District-owned Santa Maria levee which is a portion of the overall project presented in the Final EIR and Addendum to the Final EIR. The original FEIR for the entire Waterline Intertie Project was approved by the Nipomo Community Services District in March 2009 and an Addendum to the Feir was approved by the Nipomo Community Services District in April 2012.
