The proposed project involves approval of a General Plan Amendment and Development Plan on approximately 203.88 acres in order to accommodate a variety of proposed residential and commercial land uses. Proposed land uses which are subject of the Development Plan application involve the provision of a total of 29 residential lots, involving seven 2.0 acre parcels (Residential Suburban) and twenty-two 5.0 acre parcels (Rural Residential), 28 acres of retail commercial uses, a 125-room hotel and a 15,000 square foot restaurant(s).
