Document Description
The proposed project consists of 680 single-family residential subdivision, pre-zone, and annexation (LAFCO). The proposed subdivision consists of 680 detached single-family homes on minimum 6,000 square foot parcels. The project will also include a park/retention basin area.
The proposed project will result in a density of 4.2 dwelling units per acre with the projected population of approximately 2,700 persons at full build-out.
