Document Description
The Carrari Ranch Specific Plan proposes a master planned, gated community consisting of 107 executive-level single-family homes on lots ranging from a minimum of 10,200 s.f. to a maximum of approximately 44,160 s.f. The proposed project site is located within an unincorporated area of San Bernardino County, within the City of Rancho Cucamonga Sphere of Influence. The project proposes to annex the entirety of the 342.3-acre project site into the City of Rancho Cucamonga's incorporated area.
