Set the maximum permitted tonnage to 11,500 tons per day; increase the disposal acreage from 341 acres to 534 acres; increase airspace capacity to 266,000,000 cubic yards; increase Maximum Waste Elevation from 1100 feet above mean sea level to 1350 feet above mean sea level; increase Maximum Waste Depth from 410 feet to 640 feet; increase the estimated life of the landfill from 2022 to 2053 and change the name of the owner and operator.
