Proposed construction and operation of a water treatment systems plant to treat water produced by operation of three production wells: Raub Well #2, Raub Well #3, and Raub Well #4 located at 1295 Waterman Avenue in the City of San Bernardino city limits and within the County of San Bernardino. The treatment systems which will treat water produced by the operation of any one or combination of these three wells include:
- Construction and operation of an ion exchange (IX) treatment system for removing perchlorate; and
- Construction and operation of a granular activated carbon (GAC) treatment system for removing volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
