Document Description
The proposed project is an application consisting of: (1) the demolition of all existing site improvements which include 202 apartment dwelling units in 34 two-story structures and related surface parking, landscaping and hardscape facilities, (2) the construction of 544 apartment unitsin a series of 12 five-story structures. Each building would consist of five stories of residential units over two levels of subterranean and above-grade parking. The proposed project also includes substantial landscaping and hardscape facilities such as sidewalks, paved paths and outdoor recreational amenities for the residents of the apartments. Parking would occur in concrete garages built beneath five levels of apartments. The proposed project will provide a total of 1,088 parking spaces, which is compliant with County Code requirements.
