Document Description
The City of Alhambra proposes to implement the West Main Street Corridor Master Plan initially through development of four development sites along West Main Street: Sites 4, 5, 6, and 7 (the western portion). Site 4 would be redeveloped as a five-story, mixed-use residential, retail, and office structure. Site 5, the present library site, would be developed with a five-story mixed-use residential, retail, and office building. Site 6 would be developed with a four-story, mixed-use residential and retail building. The western portion of Site 7 would be redeveloped with 140 for-sale condominium units and 21,500 square feet of commercial uses.
