Document Description
The proposed project is a Conditional Use Permit to establish two warehouse distribution buildings which are 750,579 square feet and 457,120 square feet (1,207,699 square feet total) on 53.45 acres. The project also includes a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the project site into two parcels. The project is located at the Northeast corner of Agua Mansa Road and Holly Street, which provides access to the site. The project site is in the unincorporated portion of the County of San Bernardino in the Agua Mansa Industrial Center. The Agua Mansa Specific Plan designates the project site as both Medium and Heavy Industrial, with an Improvement Level One (IL-1). The project is within the City of Rialto Sphere of Influence.
