Document Description
The El Sendero Ranch Specific Development Plan project consists of the annexation and development of a residential subdivision in the City of Firebaugh. The site consists of approximately 190 acres of land located along Clyde Fannon Road, adjacent to the Firebaugh City Limits. The proposed project includes single-family housing with average lot sizes of approximately 8,000 square feet, five park areas, a temporary storm drainage basin, and sites reserved for a fire station and sewer lift station.
