The proposed project is the redevelopment of two project sites within the City of Soledad. The Soledad Housing Authority owns and operates both sites. The existing structures on both sites were built in the 1960's and are structurally, operationally, and aesthetically outdated. The Soledad Housing Authority partnered with the Housing Authority of the Monterey County to redevelop the farm labor and public housing facility sites.
