The purpose of this PIER contract is to perform an economic evaluation of three typical, hypothetical Distributed Generation / Combined Heat and Power (DG/CHP) applications in each of three investor-owned utility service territories in California. This will involve data collection and computer analysis which will not result in a serious or major disturbance to an environmental resource.
