Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Boundary Line Adjustment to extend the property lines for four parcels. This would allow individual land/townhouse owners to be responsible for the liability of the easement for a common area separately rather than the liability of the common area being shared jointly and equally in a single common lot. The project also includes an Exception to Title 22.110.070(e) to allow proposed Lot 16 to exceed the 3:1 lot depth to width ratio.
