The project consists of the renovation of the Lodge At Indian Springs (formerly named Nance's Hot Springs) property and the reconstruction of a recently demolished Spa Building of the same size, purpose and capacity that was destroyed by a fire in November 2003. Also proposed is the integration of hotel and spa operations between the existing Lodge At Indian Springs and the Indian Springs Resort properties. The project site is approximately 0.37 acre in size located in the Community Commercial-Design District Overlay (CC-DD).
