Install a wireless Fidelity (WIFI) antenna for wireless internet access on the historic Toscano Hotel Annex building at 20 East Spain Street, Sonoma State Historic Park. The antenna will be hidden from public view from the sidewalk if it must be installed on the exterior of the building, and its exact placement will be reviewed by the District Historian prior to installation.

Project consists of the minor alteration of an existing public structure involving no expansion of use beyond current levels included as "utility repairs or minor upgrades" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR § 15300.4 and the maintenance of a historical structure in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer and is included as "activities affecting historic resources, consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR § 15300.4.
