This project is exempt from significant environmental impacts because it will not impact any State or Federally-listed sensitive species, or impact upon archaeological resources. Caltrans will mitigate for impacting 0.22 ha (0.54 ac) of riparian vegetation by replanting the area and will adhere to protection measures and stipulations in the regulatory permits necessary for the project.
