Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to participate in a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) to coordinate the planning of the Central Pool Augmentation (CPA) Program and transportation utility cooridors. It is anticipated that Metropolitan, the counties of Riverside and Orange, and the cities of Corona and Irvine would participate in this agreement. This agreement will benefit Metropolitan, as the investigation undertaken to evaluate the transportation and utility cooridor will complement current efforts on the CPA Program.
