The California Department of Fish and Game is issuing a Stream Alteration Agreement to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) in accordance with Fish and Game Code 1600 et seq. DWR proposes to remove an existing 250 foot long culvert bridge across Devil Canyon Creek and re-contour the channel to pre-construction conditions.
