- The project consists of the granting of a long-term license (2-year) to CTL Forest Management (CTL) for access across Tahoe Conservancy property for the purpose of using an existing dirt road to access USFS property for a timber thinning project. Vehicle use will be limited to pick-up trucks and a water tending trucks during dry periods of the year. CTL will install all required temporary Best Management Practices (BMPs) and maintain and repair the road within the licensed use area. CTL will restore the road to a condition equal or superior to that of its current condition.
