Document Description
The proposed project is the annexation of 5.7 acres to the City of Gilroy. It is possible for the property owner to process a parcel map on the 0.93-acre plot as well as the 1.5-acre property. This would allow for an additional three units each plus the one existing unit. There could be a reasonable future development of up to 18 homes on the project site. This would be an increase of 16 new homes.
