The proposed project involves amendments to the General Plan (Text and Map) and Zoning Ordinance, Rezoning, Development Agreement, Conditional Development Permit, Tentative Parcel Maps, Below Market Rate Housing Agreement, and Heritage Tree Removal Permits to enable the construction of three, eight-story office and research and development buildings totaling 694-669sf, a 230-room hotel, an approximately 68,964sf health club, a 4,285sf restaurant, and three parking structures on two separate blocks that consists of a total of 15.95 acres adjacent to the Marsh Road/US 101 interchange.
