Document Description
The Project includes 1) the development of 590 acres of undeveloped land into a mixed-density residential and retail/commercial development on the Greenbriar Project Site, and associated infrastructure on adjacent lands in the City of Sacramento, 2) the restoration of 28.3 acres along Lone Tree Cannel, and 3) the conversion of 53.1 acres of rice into seasonal wetland complex and 142 acres rice into of managed marsh complex on the Spangler Reserve. Project activities include grubbing and grading of the Project site, trench digging, road widening and extension, replacement of culverts, installation of utilities and other activities. Detailed descriptions of the Project activities are described below. The proposed development at the Greenbriar Project Site is expected to begin in 2019 and be phased for completion over a 5 to 10-year period. See NOD for full details.
