Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of a 19.06-acre site for commercial uses. In addition, the project includes the construction of four accessory building pads for future retail development totaling 46,000 square feet. The requested entitlements for the project include approval of a general plan amendment, specific plan amendment, rezone, preliminary and final planned development, tentative map, design review, and development agreement.
