Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of a 19-acre site for commercial uses. The project consists of a 123,600 square foot Target Store building plus a 9,784 square foot garden center; and building pads A, B, and C, which total 32,000 square feet for future retail/restaurant development. Proposed site improvements include the construction of additional site driveways from Second Street, as well as a bike path connection, site landscaping, parking, and infrastructure required to serve the project.
