As part of the construction of a new access to Interstate 580 in Livermore between Airway Boulevard Interchange and Portola Avenue Interchange, a 72-inch RCP pipe culvert under Portola Avenue in an unnamed tributary to Arroyo Las Positas will be installed. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2008-0237-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mike Irby/City of Livermore.
