The 1,433-acre Project is located south of Highway 50 and west of Prairie City Road in Sacramento County. The Project consists of the development of two multiple-use communities: Glenborough at Easton and Easton Place. Glenborough at Easton is an approximately 200-acre community with 3,239 dwelling units that includes residential, commercial mixed-use, commercial, office, open space, park, and quasi-public uses. Easton Place is an approximately 200-acre transit oriented village with approximately 3.5 million square feet of commercial level.
