Document Description
The proposed project involves implementing bank protection measures to prevent erosion that is uncovering cultural resources along the Sacramento River. The proposed bank protection measures would 1) protect the toe of the bank with rock riprap, 2) use non-engineered fill up to the top of the bank 3) place instreams wood material clusters for aquatic habitat and bank stabilization, and 4) plant pole and container plantings to stabilize the bank and provide riparian habitat.
