A Special Development Permit to allow reduced lot sizes, reduced lot widths, private streets and reduced building setbacks. 3. An Exception to Title 22 to allow lots with less than 95 feet of depth. 4. An Affordable Housing Plan consisting of in lieu and affordability fee payment.
