Document Description
Addition to the Lower Yuba River Accord (Accord) project, until December 31, 2025, of San Luis Dam as a point of rediversion of water that is released by Yuba County Water Agency (YCWA) under the Accord project approved in 2007 by YCWA and in 2008 by the State Water Resources Control Board. The addition will support storage of up to 70,000 acre-feet per year of Accord water in San Luis Reservoir by members of Central Valley Project contractors under arrangements with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation.
