Document Description
Yuba County Water Agency (YCWA) has filed a Temporary Urgency Change Petition (TUCP) for Permit 15026 with the State Water Board. The proposed change would allow 7,400 acre-feet of Yuba Accord water that is already physically present in San Luis Reservoir to be carried-over from the 2013 Central Valley Project (CVP) contract year into the 2014 contract year. The Yuba Accord flows have previously been evaluated under YCWA's Yuba Accord into the 2014 contract year. The Yuba Accord flows have previously been evaluated under YCWA's Yuba Accord EIR (SCN#200506211). The carry-over to storage of the 7,400 af of water and addition of San Luis Reservoir as a point of rediversion under the project has been evaluated under YCWAs addendum to the Yuba Accord EIR.
