Document Description
The Yuba Accord is intended to resolve instream flow issues associated with operation of the Yuba Project in a way that would protect and enhanec lower Yuba River fisheries and local water supply reliability, while providing revenues for local flood control and water supply projects, improving statewide water supply reliability and providing water for protection adn restoration purposes in the Delta. It proposes to modify the instream flow requirements that is equivalent to or better than that in RD-1644.
