The purpose of the Proposed Yuba Accord is to implement a new set of collaboratively developed, science-based instream flow requirements for use in the operation of the Yuba Project in a way that meets the overall project objectives of YCWA, DWR and Reclamation within Yuba County and the SWP/CVP system, meets or exceeds requirements to protect and enhance lower Yuba River fisheries, local water supply reliability, and protects and enhances Delta fisheries and water supply reliability.
