Replacement of 16 foot, 36 inch diameter, forty-year-old culvert with a 20 foot, 36 inch diameter culvert to provide an access road wide enough for county requirement and to rebuild a vacation home that was destroyed in the Geysers Fire of 2004. Disturbed area will be seeded with erosion control materials and native plants will be planted in the winter months of 2005.
