The site consists of two parcels totaling 10 acres of agricultural land that are identified by the Contra Costa County Assessors as: 034-030-003 and 034-030-004. One residence and related accessory structures, including a shop and pump house, exist on the proposed project site. Document Description
The proposed project includes development of an elementary school on a site that has been dedicated to the Oakley Union Elementary School District. The proposed elementary school would include multiple buildings totaling between 40,000 and 50,000 square feet, as well as play field, several basketball courts, and a parking/drop-off area. The school is anticipated to accommodate approximately 700 students.
