This document is the Revised and Recirculated analysis of Impact BR-3 (Dusky-Footed Woodrat) of Section 3 (Impacts to Biological Resources) of the Draft Focused Environmental Impact Report for the Winding Way Property Tax Exchange Agreement for Annexation to the City of San Carlos (RDFEIR) in July 2005, the City of San Carlos published and circulated for public comments the "Winding Way Property Tax Exchange Agreement for Annexation to the city of San Carlos, Draft Focused Environmental Impact Report" (the "DFEIR"). The project is the annexation by the City of San Carlos (City) and subsequent development by the property owners of five properties in an unincorporated area of San Mateo County (County) adjacent to the City of San Carlos.
