Document Description
The project includes the development of a residential component, elementary school, open space framework, commercial center, water-related commercial area, circulation plan, and infrastructure plan. The project would amend the current land use designations to support development of approximately 2,788 residential units (including rural residential, low-, medium-, and high-density offerings), a 44-acre regional park, and community open-space areas. The project also includes changes to the General Plan and the Zoning Map to generally increase residential densities and add recreational opportunities.
