CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0146-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the City of Modesto. The project include activities related to the construction of a park along the Tuloumne River to be used for recreation, observation, and education. The Amendment includes the additional construction of a removable roof guard and wood post cable system related to the trail installation; an alternative to the measure to protect Swainson's hawk; and an extension of the Agreement term to June 15, 2019.
