Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Streambed Alteration Agreement number: 1600-2012-0215-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Lewis Operating Corporation. The Lewis Property Project will provide the City of Lincoln with mixed-use development of medium- and low- density residential housing, preserve areas and elementary school, community facilities, bike paths, and associated infrastructure. The proposed project will have 1.801 acres of permanent impact and 0.481 of temporary impacts to Ingram Slough. These impacts will be associated with the construction of three bridges, one culvert, and two pedestrian/bike bridges that will cross Ingram Slough.
