Document Description
The project consists of issuing Conditional Certificates of Compliance for six lots illegally created in the past by previous owners. Upon receiving the COCs the current owners and applicants would merge the lots to result in three lots. Two lots, fronting on High Road, would be vacant and undeveloped, with the potential for residential development in the future. The other lot, on Summit Road, would merge with the adjacent lot on Summit, which is already developed with a residence. Thus, the third lot would not result in any new residential development.
