Document Description
The applicant, Capistrano Valley Golf, LP, is proposing to subdivide 33.8 acres into four new parcels, including three parcels that will accommodate golf course facilities (i.e. golf course, driving range, and clubhouse) and one parcel for the senior housing/congregate development. Implementation of the proposed project will require several discretionary approvals, including a General Plan Amendment (GPA), Rezone (RZ), Tentative Parcel Map (TPM), Architectural Control (AC), Conditional Use Permit (CUP), Floodplain Land Use Permit (FP), Development Agreement, and a Land Lease for the City-owned parcel.
