Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of two, irregularly-shaped, multi-level commercial office buildings (each building consisting of one- and two-story levels) totaling approximately 23,120 square feet, with associated parking, landscaping, access, and utilities, built on a commercially zoned lot. The office buildings would be no taller than 26 feet at their highest point, and would be painted in earth-tones to blend into the surrounding natural habitat. The buildings would constitute 16 percent of the total area of the project site. Construction of the project would last approximately one year, and would not require a separate staging area or road closures.
